BüroPartner offers a web-based ‘Employer box’ for sharing documents and accessibility of monthly payroll reports.
With this, our result package delivery process covers the rights and obligations according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and makes the electronic communication as safe as possible with clients from abroad. The online platform is developed in Germany and hosted in servers located in Germany.
The access is easy for authorised users and can be used with a smartphone or a tablet device.
Access is based on security and user profile configurations. Users set up their own password after the first login. This method avoids receiving a different verification code each time for accessing payroll results.

The client is notified by email when the monthly payroll results are available on the box and can download them with a few clicks.
Furthermore, monthly payroll instructions and other relevant documents can be shared between the client and our payroll experts, on a secure and protected way.
Additionally, the digital space can be activated for employees, where they can receive, check and download their monthly payslips and all other employee-related certificates.
App
The app is made for smartphone or tablet, and can be downloaded free of charge from the Apple Store for iOS devices and Google Playstore for Android devices. In this way, employees always have fast connection to their salary statements.

Optional posting service
In times of digitalization, payslips are increasingly being provided to employees online – but what if employees prefer the classic paper form? We have the perfect solution! Thanks to a secure and direct connection with the service provider Deutsche Post, we can have the payslips printed out, enveloped and mailed to the employee’s home address. In this way, every employee can receive all employee-relevant documents in paper form.
