Payroll Customer Service Specialist (m/*/f)

BüroPartner is seeking a Payroll Specialist for German payroll who wants to be part of this expanding business, joining an experienced team of payroll specialists.
The primary responsibiliy of this position is to be a central point of contact for international employers with respect to personnel employment in Germany, and processing of client's payrolls.

What you do:

Primary objective is to process payroll and reporting in a timely and accurate manner, completed accordning to scheduled deadlines, with attention to quality standards and priorities.


- Execute Payroll processing such as data entry

- Answering phone calls in German and English language

- Replying to emails, providing information, and carrying out data entry or other general administrative duties

- Independent typing letters and other documents in German and English language

- Deal with any ad-hoc projects and requests


For this job role it is required to have sensibility in dealing with personal data and confidential information.


What we want:

- Minimum 2 - 3 years of HR/payroll experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication (in English and German) skills, advisory skills and general
  math skills

- Demonstrate basic understanding of payroll transactions, benefits administration, leave administration
  equity compensation and vaious supplemental earnings

- Able to process complex information and identify solutions that meet both internal and business
  partners requirements

- Experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook 2013) and applications required

- A sense of urgency in solving customer requests to esnure timely resolution and an ability to work well
   under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines

- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters

- Experience in a service provider company environment preffered. Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy
  and professionalism

- Analytical and problem solving skills required. Attention to detail a must

- Proven ability to work with all members of a team and senior management
